Consistency experts

6 PM I was exhausted.

I said to myself: hey Kate, give yourself a break because that’s not your best day today, you have done enough. My energy was loooow.

So I did what everyone does – opened YouTube and started scrolling.

Boom – this title pops: 🤣 “3 Keys to Be CONSISTENT on Social Media.”

And I’m like, “Sure, FIX ME”

😏I haven’t posted for ages.

But let’s be honest:

Consistency doesn’t even exist in real life.

Fluctuations. Mood swings. Energy crashes. Existential crises.

The only thing consistent… is being inconsistent.

Felt like the most consistent decision I could make was to keep scrolling.

You see, there are no 3 keys to Consistency on social media, there should be a whole system that might contain dozens of keys. Not 3, not 4 and even not 5.

Although I agree that consistency is important for social media, but also the mental health is important. So for me consistency starts with not just having a daily schedule of posting or a weekly YouTube release, but a steady movement towards your influence goal with clear understanding of your capacity. When you have such a goal then you can develop a strategic plan for your social media, that will include not burning out. Those 3 key will be somewhere there inside the system.
